Quality Management

 The Group's quality management system is based on ISO 9001 international standard, enhanced with the Group's own requirements.

Quality policy
  • Provide high-quality products and services that satisfy customers‘ expectations.
  • Continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.
Organizational structure
  • The Quality Executive (Operating Officer for Quality Control) and business company presidents manage the quality management system.
  • Based on our quality policy and ISO 9001 quality policy, each business company president instructs the Chief Quality Manager to formulate specific semi-annual policies every six months and relevant departments to implement them.
  • The results of the activities are reviewed for effectiveness at ensure that review requirements such as the validity of product design, production equipment, process control, and standard compliance have been cleared. Only products that meet these strict requirements are released as new products.
