SANYO DENKI Develops SANMOTION K DC Servo Motors
Achieves energy savings and reduced speed variation

SANYO DENKI CO., LTD. has developed and launched SANMOTION K DC servo motors that achieve energy savings and reduced speed variation.
These motors are suitable for precision measuring instruments and medical equipment.
42 mm sq. flange models (rated output: 23, 40, 60 W)
54 mm sq. flange models (rated output: 60, 80, 110 W)
76 mm sq. flange models (rated output: 200, 300 W)
88 mm sq. flange models (rated output: 400, 500 W)
1. Improved accuracy
Cogging torque has been reduced by up to approximately 50% compared with our current DC servo motors.*
This enables smooth motor operation even at low speeds, improving the accuracy of equipment movement.
Power loss has been reduced by up to approximately 30% compared with our current DC servo motors.*
This reduces heat generation within equipment and contributes to energy savings.
3. Low-voltage models available
42 and 54 mm motors come in two voltage classes: 24 and 75 VDC.
The low-voltage models are safe for use in medical equipment and other applications close to people.
4. Mounting compatibility
The new motors have mounting compatibility with our current DC servo motors.*
Motors can be replaced without changing the mounting of equipment.
