SANYO DENKI Develops 5-Phase Stepping Motor with Industry-Leading Torque and Compact Design

SANYO DENKI CO., LTD. has expanded its SANMOTION F Stepping Systems lineup with a new 5-phase stepping motor that delivers industry-leading (1) torque in a compact design.
It is ideal for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, conveyor robots, mounting machines, and medical equipment.

Features
1. High Torque
Compared to our conventional products, (2) torque has been improved by up to 70%, enabling high-torque operation, faster positioning, and shorter equipment cycle times.
2. Low Vibration and High Positioning Accuracy
Vibration during operation has been reduced by more than 10%, while positioning error at stop has been reduced by approximately 44% compared to the conventional products. (2) This ensures smooth motion and precise stopping, improving overall equipment accuracy.
3. Compact and Lightweight
Compared to the conventional products, (2) overall length has been reduced by up to 10% and mass by up to 8%, contributing to more compact and lightweight equipment designs.
