SANYO DENKI CO., LTD. has developed the SANMOTION multi-axis integrated linear servo motor unit.
This unit integrates compact, high-speed linear cylinder servo motors into a single unit.
With a 4-axis unit as standard, the motor number and size can be customized tailored to your equipment. This pre-assembled unit can be installed to equipment easily in applications that require multiple linear servo motors, such as PCB surface mounter heads.
It is also suitable for semiconductor manufacturing and inspection equipment.

Features

1. Compact and High-Speed

The individual cylinder linear servo motors in the unit achieved a maximum thrust of 11 N* despite their compact 16 mm size. It contributes to reducing the size and weight and increasing the speed of the equipment.

2. Reduce Assembly Work Hours

Multiple cylinder linear servo motors can be integrated into a single unit, with the number and size customizable to your needs.
Individual motors are not separated but come pre-assembled as a single unit, saving assembly time.

3. Flexible Customization Tailored to Equipment

With a 4-axis unit as standard, customization with up to 8 axes can be made.

* An 11 N thrust can accelerate a 10 g object vertically at 2.2 G.
